How I got here...

 

 

As a new mom, my postpartum fitness journey was anything but easy. 

 

After giving birth to twins at 38 weeks and  2 days, I was left with a diastasis recti/mommy tummy, back pain and very weak core. 

 

I suffered an umbilical hernia 11 months postpartum because I was determined to lose the baby weight and ended up doing workouts that were not appropriate- this lead me to becoming a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist. 

 

We are forever postpartum- BUT do not have to live with the symptoms we may have after giving birth- diastasis, leaking, back pain and prolapse. 

 

It's my mission to help moms REBUILD their core and pelvic floor from the inside out!
