Hi there! I'm Jackie-

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and mom of 3, including twins!

As a new mom, my postpartum fitness journey was anything but easy. I struggled with diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia almost a year after the birth of my twins.
