A Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist, also a mom of 3 (including twins)!

As a new mom, my postpartum fitness journey was anything but easy.  I struggled with a diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia almost a year after the birth of my twins.

My mission is to help moms heal their diastasis recti, ditch the postpartum belly and decrease back pain so you can feel stronger and more confident postpartum!
